Our stretch films comply with international standards. We hold ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Our products can also be produced to meet specific requirements such as Reach, SGS, or other relevant industry certifications upon request.

Our common payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C at sight. For specific terms, we can negotiate according to order value and our mutual trust.

For standard products, our MOQ is typically 1 x 20ft container. For customized products (like specific color, width, or printing), the MOQ will be discussed case by case. We also offer sample orders for testing.

We produce a full range of stretch films:

• By Usage: Hand Film, Machine Film (Pre-stretch film), Specialty Film.
• By Material: LLDPE Cast Film, Blown Film (higher puncture resistance).
• Key Parameters: Gauge (thickness) from 12μm to 35μm, Width from 450mm to 500mm, Core diameter 3" or 1.5". We can customize according to your needs.

Hand film is designed for manual wrapping, featuring easier tear-off and good cling. Machine film is engineered for high-speed pallet wrapping machines; it has higher tensile strength, consistent elongation, and excellent memory (ability to retain stretch) to ensure stable performance during automated operation.

The choice depends on your load weight, pallet shape, and storage/transportation conditions. Generally, heavier and sharper-edged loads require thicker film (e.g., 20-25μm). Lighter, uniform loads can use 15-20μm film. Our sales team can provide professional recommendations based on your specific application.

We offer standard colors such as clear, black, and white. Yes, we support color and logo printing on film, which is great for branding and inventory categorization. MOQ and cost apply for custom printing.

Each roll is individually wrapped in plastic film to keep it clean and dust-free. Rolls are then packed tightly in strong 5-ply export-grade carton boxes or on pallets, secured with stretch film and straps to prevent damage during long-distance shipping.

For standard products in stock, we can ship within 7-10 days after order confirmation. For customized or large quantity orders, the lead time is usually 15-25 days. We always provide a specific timeline for each order.

We can provide small samples for quality testing free of charge, but the customer needs to bear the courier freight (like DHL, FedEx). Once an order is placed, the sample cost can be deducted from the order value.

While stretch film application is relatively straightforward, we provide detailed operational guides and videos for machine film users. For any technical inquiries about film selection or machine compatibility, our team offers professional support.

When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources, our stretch film has a shelf life of 12-18 months without significant performance degradation.

Absolutely. We have strong R&D and customization capabilities. We can develop films with specific properties (e.g., UV resistance, high clarity, anti-static) and customize dimensions, core types, and packaging. Please contact us with your detailed requirements.
